Overview
EMC International Desk counsels students applying to universities abroad, and their old site read like a brochure — no lead capture, no way to track which campaigns were actually driving enrolments.
Challenge
Prospective students landed on generic pages with no clear next step, and the counselling team had no visibility into which marketing channels were sending them qualified leads.
Proposed Solution
We rebuilt the site on WordPress with country- and course-specific landing pages, each wired to lead-capture forms and campaign tracking so the marketing team could see what was actually working.
Implementation
Landing pages were templated so the counselling team could launch a new destination or course page themselves, while a tracking layer tagged every enquiry back to its source campaign for reporting.
Outcome
Qualified enquiries rose within the first two months of the new campaign pages going live, and the team now reallocates ad spend toward channels with data to back the decision instead of guesswork.
